The Hospital Accountant is an integral part of a fast-paced, high-volume team. The ideal candidate will have the following preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Healthcare background required
- Candidate with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred with 2+ years experience, or
- Candidate with Non degree with 5+ years experience
- Supporting 30 department with cost and budget
- Contractual calculations for Medicare and Medical payments
- Ad hoc projects
- Strong skills in Excel and Access
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
